We predominately work with Mid-Size Enterprises with Sales Teams of between 5 and 25 staff to help improve their sales, opportunity and lead generation process.
We bring more than fifteen years sales management experience to the table and specialize in working with both Inside Sales and Field Based sales representatives.
Roger is a sales veteran who has worked with B2B and B2C companies in software, financial services, manufacturing and FMCG. This leaves Roger well placed to work with a diverse range of organizations at all stages of their life-cycle.
Roger also has a focus on implementing sales turnaround strategies for under-performing teams, departments or entire companies.
Sally has 10 years senior sales management experience in the FCMG industry. In particular Sally spent the bulk of her career negotiating international export contracts for UK and European based companies looking to break into the US and Asia-Pacific markets.
Sally previous ran her own sales training organization that taught medium size companies how to scale their internal sales and marketing processes to support national and international expansion plans.
